Thanks for that, Colin: I've ordered a copy through Amazon so it's reassuring to hear I haven't paid AUD$61 for a lemon! ;D
I'm assuming it's an American book, so it's great to see a picture of a Kiwi Skyhawk on the cover.

Winchester is a prolific writer in the aviation genre. This particular book is very good, particularly as it covers a lot of ground on the RNZAf Skyhawks.

Glad you liked it Pa. It's actually english, which I think gives it a slightly broader perspective, especially when considering the non US operators. I've got no complaints, it is really a good buy, about as definitive as you'll get.

Just ordered it myslef from Amazon. $51 AUD. I could ahve got it here for $80 AUD, and the wonder why people buy online..........
