Back in about 1993 a magazine came out here in NZ called "New Zealand Military Style" which concentrated on NZ's military history. Does anyone recall this? It was semi-professional, a bit basic, but was sold through normal bookshops. The topics included a mix of historical articles, news, stuff with re-enactors and modelling. Just three issues were released as far as I know, and it must have gone bust or something, which is a huge shame becuse it was a great magazine. I bought all three at the time, but issue two, which featured a re-renactor in RNZAF WWII pilot's uniform in front of Ardmore Harvard ZK-WAR, was stolen from me. I leant it to someone in my modelling club, and a few weeks later he suddenly moved to Auckland and took it and at least one of my other books!! I wonder if anyone has a copy? If so, would you consider scanning it for me please?

I'll check out a few of the bookshops down here for you. It's amazing what you can find. Leave it with me Cheers Chris

I have great news. Happily, I managed to track down a copy of my stolen magazine issue, via the internet and amazingly at nearby Hamilton so I could pick it up in person. And only for just $10.00, which pleased me as it's so rare.
It is great to have it again, because ISsue two was the best for my interests, lots of RNZAF content. I have found some great facts re-reading it again this afternoon and will post some on other threads.
YIPPEE!!
