No I didn't unfortunately, it was just briefly at the aero club so we could have a look while the pilots visited the cafe!

Today marks the first time in 23 years since two Strikemaster flew together in formation. The pic depicts the take off and unfortunately they took off individually on this occasion. Well done to Pioneer for all the work they have done. Cheers, Colin

It was a lovely 'autumn' day yesterday, so I was off to Ardmore for some photo practice. Chatted with a British spotter, and Colin. Up here we have this stuff called direct sunlight Dave, you must have noticed when you were visiting recently? ;-) Seriously, the light is a good start (along with being slightly up-sun), then 'Punch' preset in Adobe Lightroom (boosts 'Clarity' and 'Vibrance'), and playing off Contrast vs adjusting the Shadows slider.
