I have been sorting out some older photos, and I came across these:

Date/place noted is Pukekohe racecourse 13Mar1977, but I dont see it mentioned in that above list of atendees.

Presumably its a MoTAT-related item, but I have not seen it onsite recently.

Anyone know the back story?
