Okay I was helping Judy clear out the training room and taking old folders and stationary out to the skip when I found these. Being a keen modeller I thought they'd come in real handby but not for me. Think these are best for ship (decking) or vehicle (tray - grills, radiators). Probably can be used for aircraft but again, I'm not game.
What are they you ask?
They're 1mm thick metal strips measuring 37mm x 26mm with grooves every half mm, groves running perpendicular (along 26mm length). They bend really well but not in half without snapping, if you can imagine a line of very thin flattened staples that's what they are. I have roughly 20 of them I salvaged.
Let me know because god knows one of us can make good use of them. Tin snips or the likes are required if cutting length wise.
I'll post them to ya, no cost as it'd be minimal.
