Now that's impressive. Especially for such a small scale.

Len is very intricate in his scratchbuilding work. I've known him for many years and caught up with him when I was in England some years back. He has featured in SAMI and SAM quite a bit, and builds exclusively RAF 1/72 props.

Excellent work alright. The only thing is, will he issue a Fiberscope to anyone viewing the model in order to see the detail inside? Sunderland "portholes" arent very big, and very little of this work will be seen. I used to do a fair bit of superdetailing, but no-one - including myself ever saw it once the fuselage was joined up. I tend to be a bit more pragmatic now... Sure, theres the enjoyment of doing the work and the satisfaction of knowing that its all there, but its really hard to share it with people.

Craig's right, Len is hugely intricate with his interiors.
He's done some British heavies over the last year or two which are seriously impressive.
One of the best modellers of 72nd British subjects out there IMHO.
