That looks awesome. I look forward to seeing everyone's photos from this event. I'll be spending ANZAC Day here in Cambridge. Good luck to TVAL for the event, what a great one it will be by the looks of things.

I was looking through a 2007 Classic Wings magazine and there was a picture of 2 world war 1 monoplanes being built for a New Zealand customer. I guess they were for Masterton? Any news of where they are up to?

I just watched the Fe-2b video, wow that is fantastic! Well done to all involved in creating this amazing aircraft, and also to those who made the film. Wonderful.

Just out of interest, does anyone have a complete list of aircraft that are maintained / owned / under construction / planned / whatever by TVAL. By my reckoning it could currently be up to 50 (and counting) aircraft.

What a great idea! I'll start a new thread in the "Preserving" board where people can contribute photos and info

On the fence at CF 90 where they had labels as to the aircraft that were to be parked there, next to the label for the invisible PBY there was a label for a Fokker E III (also covered in the off cuts of Harry Potter's invisibilty cloak)

Not to mention the Merlin-powered P-40s, razorback Mustang etc etc Really wish I could make it down there, but as Spitfire PV270 will be here until 1130 tomorrow, I don't think I can make it down

Thanks for those Alex. That shot of the SE5 is an angle you don't see very often. May need to clean the top of the wings more often ;D
