Corgi make this Halifax and check out this link to read the history of this particular aircraft... rather impressive and worthy of being immortalised in metal www.raf38group.org/dg396.htmBloody impressive and quite an 'obscure' subject to model. I like it! Wll done, Corgi.

OK-2 was Keith Park's Hurri, wasn't it? Nice collection, pretty sure I have AR-G in my collection too.

OK-1 was definately Keith park's and he had a Spitfire in Malta marked OK-2, but not sure about a Hurricane marked OK-2.

A little googling would suggest OK2 was a Hurri at one point too. Not that that should be considered gospel.

Must be right then. But never trust those Corgi diecasts, some of them have shocking gaffs in their paintwork.

I found this at Nan's.It is a photo book of Thames,New Zealand in the 1800's it was printed in 1890 and there are only three copies left. Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Luther, I find the name on that book interesting as the Schollum family lived in the area Puhoi to Waiwera and I remember meeting some of them around 1953. Brings back memories.
