As well as the Waikato Times there should also be an article in the Hamilton free newspaper, who's name escapes me. I had a chat with the reporters from them.

ZK-AZL outside the paintshop at Rukuhuia Sunday 12th. I suspect there's a bit of work to do on the old girl before the painting gets underway

Yes it will be an intensive few weeks of stripping, repairs and then painting.

Great to see the progress on AZL is it likely to be back in the James Ave colours ? re the DC3 in the Masterton area wonder if it might be APB s nose cockpit section think it will be eventually be displayed at the museum at Hood
