Hi all
Some positive PR from the SAAF. The SAAF has come in for a lot of "stick" during the past few years due mostly to political mismanagement of the organisation. The men and women at the coalface are trying their best to keep the pride and the operational capabilities in the SAAF alive. The following from Beau Skarda a member of this years Silver Falcons display team. "Falcon 5" if I assume correctly. Worthwile comments from him aimed at the youth of SA. One of the team members is the first female pilot in the "Falcons" The vid is good with a great soundtrack

Hi everyone,
Throughout this year I have put together a few video clips of the Silver Falcons using combinations of on-board and external footage contributed by various kind individuals. The purpose of these clips is to promote the South African Air Force and the Silver Falcons by taking the display beyond the borders of the Air Show fence, and allowing all of those who are not always able to make it to "live" displays, to experience what the SAAF has to offer.
Being people who are passionate about the SAAF I trust that many of you will have already seen at least some of these videos, but in the spirit of the statement above, please feel free to share them with as many people as you can - the SAAF is alive and well and offers the best aviation career available to someone who is passionate about flying! (OK I may be a little biased)
The link below is to the latest video that I've uploaded but please have a look at the rest on the channel, and check back often as I have quite a few more in the pipeline.
I hope these clips will provide the inspiration and motivation to all the youngsters that are dreaming of a life in the SAAF :
Go for it - It is worth it!
Seasons Greetings,
Beau Skarda
