NZ Gov paying for Bomber crew flights?

I just recieved an email from a Bomber Command website in the UK..They were expressing how angry they were at the Australian Government because they would not pay for the bomber crew vets to fly over to see and pay their last respects at the unveiling of the Bomber Command Memeorial.They have asked me to take it to the news,I have done all I can and have written to a few news shows like Accurent affair but I dont think I can do much.

I would like to know if NZ is helping the vets? I heard they are.
