Does anyone know where Revell paints are available ? Here in Auckland, Revell paints are pretty much a rare item. I looked for some a year or so ago, and the only place I found them was Stokes Models in Epsom. Having said that they really only had generic colours, like black/white/Silver/gold/red etc I know you can buy them overseas, but clearing the border (due to their flamable nature) is another issue. One thing I have found though, is check out some of the older model shops, stationers etc they made have old stock in some dark corner know one looks at. I have found some old Humbrol paints that way ;D Regards Alan

Given that Revell kit instructions usually give stupid mixing ratios rather than correct FS or BS or whatever colour designations, you are usually better off sourcing alternatives anyway.

Thanks for confirming Revell paints are hard to find here , I will see if they are more available in OZ . I want them for mixing colours unavailable off the shelf .
