Can anyone please answer the following questions?
- When was the Spaghetti Break first introduced to the Red Checkers' routine? Was it 2005?
- I have seen photos of more recent teams with six aircraft in the display, and the RNZAF site supports this. Is this now a regular thing? I'm sure only five displayed at Wanaka 06. What's the deal? Was it just for one season?
Thanks

- When was the Spaghetti Break first introduced to the Red Checkers' routine? Was it 2005? At least. '05 sounds about right. I saw it at Wings over Wairarapa that year. I remember thinking that the Checkers routine had suddenly become a whole lot more worth watching. There seemed to be more of the opposition passes introduced about the same time. In the years before that the display had become a little stale to my eyes.
