The clue was no round engines plus a DC3 is sitting at Rangiora at the mo.

Ha, I can eliminate that....mmmm not a jet that eliminates the meteor (ah we know thats not going to fly anyway) there could be a couple of devons floating around I take it that there is some uniqueness or historical significance...

Is there any information published or on this forum that tells the fortunes of all the Electras that served in Union Airways? I don't know of any others. And what happened to the Beech 18 (Kansen?) of NZ Aerial Mapping?

The Wanganui library has copies of every book in that series, and the Electra one was the one I got out most often. It's great! I just need to get my own copy.
