Following up on my comments about Jim Robinson on the 485 Sqn reunion thread and the circumstances of this 2 kills, I know he was interviewed by the BBC about them, the following day. I have been trying to locate the interview for several years without success. The BBC want you to pay them on a hourly basis to search in their archives for anything they may have. I know the date and roughly where the interview would have taken place. I have not taken the step of commissioning a search due to the cost. In fact they seem to lose interest when they realise you are an individual, and not likely to pay what they want.
His family are very interested in hearing the interview.
Does anyone have back door ways of locating this interview?

You could try asking about it on the Missing Episodes Forum, there are lots of BBC employees including Archives staff on there who are always helpful. www.missing-episodes.com/
