Isn't this a nice photo from the June 1995 RNZAF news We've seen the Harvard out and about this year, beautifully displayed by ex-Red Arrow Sean Perritt. But does the Tiger Moth get out and aloft much these days?

It still flies on calm sunny days. It is not used very often though. I was lucky enough to get to fly in it a couple of years ago. Quite unnerving being upside down with no canopy above you.
We get the Harvard flying over our house quite often on Sunday afternoons.

Thanks Phil. I guess calm sunny days are a lot less frequent at Ohakea than they were at Wigram. I enjoyed a great flight in it back in the day too. Loved it. I was offered a second flight after I constructed a cover for it and they were so pleased with the design, but I never got around to taking the opportunity before the Flight left Wigram.

That is such a nice image of two lovely old aircraft.
Thanks for posting, Dave.
