Could have sworn one of the pilots fooling in a group of four on the footpath was my uncle - the shorter one doing the stealing or retrieving something - looked just like my immediate cousin, his behaviour and same hair loss pattern on the brow... My Uncle Ian graduated there in '43 to head to England and into Stirlings then Lancs. Thanks. It all looks very English, the buildings, the trees etc.

Suthg, It's been suggested that it is Montreal,if your Uncle trained there then it might fit.
