I found in my travels I have picked up a copy of A.P.1234, Air Navigation, 1941, once owned by Sgt/pilot R.W. Vaney and was given to R. Ogle in 1955 while at Hawera Aero Club. This is what is written on the inside front cover.
I find that there is a single page navigation excerise included in the book. It is called practice plot no. 92b. It is a naviagation excerise discribed as:
You are navigator of a bomber aircraft stationed near NOTTINGHAM, and are briefed to carry out a raid on a target at KREFELD (51°20'N: 06°35'E).
My question is what, unit would have created this excerise?

I can't help regarding your question but the original owner of the AP was NZ421119 Robert William Vaney. He was later commissioned.
