My 13 year old son is a keen modeller and has been busy over the last few weeks ..... Starting with 2 Canadair Sabres ready for take-off A V1 'doodle bug' made from various parts And finally, his favourite aircraft - DH Mosquito Any suggestions for improvements? thanks

My only suggestion would be to rub down the rivets on the Moquito, they are a bit "shipyard " (as are a lot of kits)

Nice models, I like the scratch built V1.

Good work by the young fella! The Sabres look excellent, good scratch-building on the V1 and a nice Natural Metal finish on the Mosquito. Yep, the dear old Airfix riveter has been hard at work on that Mosquito. I'm not an expert on them but I suspect the Mozzie was one of the least riveted aircraft of WW2? Great stuff though all round. The future of the 'hobby art' is safe if a 13 year old can produce work that good.

The Mossie has thousands of screws and nails.
