While I watched the Dambusters, I watched a few other of their ANZAC Day programming also. I particularly enjoyed the Kippenberger program. Heck of a bloke. Looked after his troops, lost both feet after stepping on a landmine and well regarded by Maori, who appreciated his stance against the South African ban on Maori players touring with the All Blacks post war.

It's might be possible, but they try pretty hard to make it very difficult. If it is something you can do without a lot of knowledge, then program owners won't give them the right to put anything on their website in the first place. I expect Das Boot will stop being available in a few days.

I have the long version of Das Boot on DVD anyway. It is one of the best mini-series ever made. I love the fact that they made it over a year and the actors were not allowed into the sun all year so that got more and more pasty and they grew their beards longer as the filming progressed. Wolfgang Petersen's masterpiece. It could only be bettered now by remaking the very end and CGI-ing in Typhoons to substitute the Harvards.
I watched the interview with Sir Peter Jackson, really good stuff. I have a lot of respect for Julian Arahanga, he's an excellent interviewer.
