Hi,
I am trying to track down the registrations of 5 commercial flights which I went on back in 2004.
1-Apr-04 SQ281 SIN AKL B777 Singapore Airlines 1-Jun-04 QF189 SYD AKL B737-800 Qantas 14-Jun-04 NZ639 AKL ZQN B737-500 Air New Zealand 19-Jun-04 NZ648 ZQN AKL B737-500 Air New Zealand 10-Sep-04 SQ286 AKL SIN B747-400 Singapore Airlines
Does anyone hold ACARS data going back that far? Is their a local aviation society that keeps such data? Or does anyone have a contact in Auckland ATC which might hold historical records?
With all your vast knowledge of the NZ Aviation Scene, I'm hoping that someone might know of a source for this information.
Very many thanks in advance for anything possible!
Best Regards Mark Griffiths UK

Best of luck with your search!

ATC only hold recorded info for 12 months, then it is destroyed. It will only be released for incident investigation. Sorry

That has confirmed what I thought would be the case, thanks for that though.
I'm running out of ideas, this has become a bit of a challenge!

I guess your only option is to track down members of the aircrews for those flights and get them to check their logbooks?
