My Mum for exposing me to aviation fuel and superphosphate at such a young age...what hope in life other than ending up as ag plane junkie. And Dad for dragging me up to the farm airstrip near Putaruru where he was learning to fly in Waikato Flying Schools Rallye CBX...... First plane I had a ride in too.... Destined for a life long habit of interest in aeroplanes...

Ah yes, I know the feeling well. Being an Aero Work child living on "home base" from age 0-3 ruined any semblance of a "normal" life for me: Peter Lewis photo with Zac Yates MS Paint additionsAnd how it looks today(well...in 2006): Dad was crewman/loader on this lovely piece of kit, which was based in the round-topped hangar at left in the first pic - easy commute!: I have a great photo of my in one of the Harvards in January 1989, I'll grab it when I'm next in Wanganui visiting CBG and the folks. So that explains why Zac is the way Zac is.

Would that have been Levin. I went there in about 1966... caught trains and stayed with Uncle. Have some B&W Box Brownie photos... LOL!
