I have been asked to create a thread requesting people to post any photos that members might like to share of WWII Japanese Navy or Air Force aircraft, especially if you have anything not seen in publications, etc. We do not get to see a lot of the Japanese stuff here so it will be interesting to see what people might have out there. Please feel free to post away and lets get some discussion rolling.

I do not have many but I have these from the collection of the late Roy Paton, though I think they were taken by an RNZAF photographer, taken at RNZAF Jacquinot Bay, of the aircraft our Air Force took possession of after the war ended. I hope bits of Japanese plane count, these remains with the Pacific Aviation Museum on Pearl Harbour, the Kate was captured by the RNZAF and handed over to the Americans.   Here's the Zero at the same museum.  |

Mainly looking for wartime/immediate postwar photos but those are very cool too Peter.
