I believe this is the plane that my cousin the late Jack Moon flew in the 1969 London to Sydney air race. Would be interested in any information on this aircraft.

Kiwicamper You are correct - along with the owner, Dave Grey and Ray Cooney. Flew NZ to London and back again in the race. I gave some photos I took of the acft at Griffith NSW to Jack's son when he was doing a resume or similar of Jack's life.

While doing some research into the history of this Dominie I found the following photo in my files. Taken at Whangarei's Onerahi airfield in 1961 with my plastic 127 film camera - my first ever aircraft photograph! Thats 62 years ago - goodness, how time flies.
