Overall I think it’s not a bad ad with some slick production. They just can’t shake the old kids looking up theme (prob because it works) and even have some girls lying in the fields doing same. I get the portrayed demographics because they have to break into the non traditional pool to meet the recruitment target which is the tough part..

Nothing about Tech Trades or equipment. Nothing showing a typical Air Force Base or accommodation. Really just about being a pilot or other aircrew.

Maybe that is all they are intending to recruit with this campaign however, OJ. They may have another advert in the works for tech and support trades.

OJ.....RAAF pilot 'losses' to airlines have been increasing substantially post Covid and I am lead to believe this ad is the tip of the spear for the ADF. Waiting for the Nuc sub ads...
