Wonderful shots Colin!
My mate from Auckland rang me this morning saying what an awesome sight it was, and how many people turned out to see it enter the harbour. He reckoned people were aprked all over the place, on yellow lines, zig-zags, bridges etc just to get a view.
I then saw it on the news tonight, what an amazing sight. Huge isn't it? And yes, nice to know a Kiwi is in charge. A real old hand, he began his career with NZ's Union Steamship company (who owned Union Airways by the way)

Thanks Dave. While the crowd was waiting the Tug did a demo of its maneuverability. Video of QM 2 I will complete tomorrow. Colin

Hey Colin, that film worked on my PC. Excellent it was too, youi certainly don't see a tug doing that every day in the Auckland Harbour.
