Fantastic Gavin! You could also start a really good thread on the reenactment board with those WW1 soldiers and equipment.

Great photos . The man on the right in the 6th photo is probabally better known , from the air show , as the man who had his surf board personally delivered by rnzaf chopper . ( also as " kiwi resins " to the modeling guys .( also one of the organising commitee ) - tough act to follow next year !

Cracking shots Gavin! They're all great. I lobe the one of the pilot with flying hands, and the other pilot - Scott McKenzie I think - looks I he thinks the bearded guy is talking nonsense.
Great photo of Dave Lochead and Steve Goodman, the German commanders, too.

Na its not like that but I can see what you mean. It was an intersting discussion Fred Murrin was involved in so I took a photo. He was dicussing what he would be doing in the Nieuport 11 while all of the Triplanes etc shared the same bit of sky during the WW1 display. Interesting guys in that shot and I admire both greatly. For those who dont know Fred, he is a very experienced WW1 replica pilot as well as a talented aircraft engineer and rotary engine builder.

Cheers Gav. I didn't mean anything against the chap, just the impression the photo gives is amusing.
