A police southern communications spokesman said the plane landed just after 10.30am after crew managed to resolve the problem.
It was unknown how many passengers were aboard, but it was understood to be an internal flight.

Something exciting for once ! Definitely created alot of attention with all emergency equipment surrounding the runway. Sad to say its not surprising a QF 737 had a malfunction. I heard the aircraft was heading out over the sea to dump fuel though I'm pretty sure the 737s aren't even capable of jettisoning fuel ....
