Thanks Peter, superb photos. I love that Oxford, such a treasure, still in its original paint and everything. And the Hinds are real gems. The Vincent is a favourite of course.
What is the frame hanging up in the hangar roof there, in the second-to-last photo above the Anson shot? Is it another Hind fuselage?
Something I have never asked before, do they have wings for the Vincent? Or were they never recovered/found?
Did they say whether work was being done on the Anson? It looks tidier and possibly more advanced than when I visited in 2005.

Great pic's. Are these the guy's that did the work on the p 40m, nz3119. Are there any shots of that? Might have to get out there and have a look sometime....

Are there any pictures of the a/c before it headed off shore. I know there are some on kiwi aircraft images but time has moved on since then... NZ3119 is an interesting aircraft, in that I asked the a/force museum crew about it's service, very limited information was on file. Then I came across an old Charles Darby publication that tells of one kill but I can't find out anymore... Does anyone know anything?
