Just had a Super Seasprite come over my house and land at Papakura camp so I rushed out with camera and it took off soon after circling south then over Papakura and north again. Certainly chased all the seagulls off Bruce Pulman Park for a while. ;D Photo is of it leaving going towards Papakura. Then it headed north. Note the gear is still down? Cheers

Good photos. I see that the Seasprite has large tabs on the trailing edge of the main rotor blades. They seem to be too large to be trim tabs for adjusting blade track so I guess that they are the "unusual" Kaman system for pitch control. Anybody know?

Yes, Kamans blade pitch control system. The rotors are free flying and the pitch is controlled by the tabs, nothing else is connected to a control.
