By the way when I mentioned above that the Caravan is new I mean new to the airline. It has had a previous owner and the airframe only has 700 hours on the clock. Just thought I should point that out as I wouldnt like to get the story wrong by mistake.

Very nice photos. You have me worried now, I hope the frost doesn't hit here as my garden veges are just getting nicely established. I did notice it was damned cold outside before.

Of course after the gorgeous sunset as captured in Gavin's pic its now raining! But will probably clear in the middle of the night for a very cold start - hmmm might have to get out early with the camera and see if I can get any good shots, but then again if its freezing I might just stay in bed!

Hiller FH1100 ZK-HCI. This is the oldest turbine helicopter on the NZ register.
