Great choice of aircraft for a parade flypast! The close relationship between the RNZAF and Brendon regarding the operation of this aircraft is outstanding.

I had no idea about the commemoration; I work on the non RNZAF end of WB; we're not told about these things - but I had to suddenly make an urgent trip to the Plating Bay on Base!

Ah thats right, bit of flame from the Spitfire and the dull day made it a bit more dramatic. Look forward to catching up with you some time Sopwith.
