We get Gold Pass tickets which are GBP75. I don't believe they are any cheaper than individual tickets - they don't do group rates. Sorry we can't help. Mel

I find it interesting that no one has mentioned the USN and RN attack subs yet.The new Astute class can do both jobs now,Hunting subs and hitting targets up to a 1.000miles away.I knew a guy that served on HMS Turbelance and he said they were always following the russian subs around,They found it hard to detect NATO subs thats why they adopted the crazy Ivon manoeuver. So if it all went TU,no matter how big the new chinese carriers are,If you can hit 20 seperate targets from that distance,I dont think they would get to far from the docks. They say the only thing that you can kill a nuclear sub is with another nuclear sub,Thats why the US always has a hunter sub with every carrier that puts out to sea.

We are at the airshow this weekend so pop in and see us if you have time, stand 10 along the main runway. We are staying at Mawley Park Motor Camp, Masterton, who only have camping space left. OK if you are desperate but I guess most of us are past camping nowadays! Kev & Mel

Greart way to start aircraft,Mind you I would not envy the person operating it,With all that spinning machinery behind, above and in front of you,Select the wrong gear once its started and it could get a bit messy... Spitfire.........My only weakness. I use to work for Rolls Royce so I have a bit of a thing for aircraft powered buy the famous 2 R,s. Kevin

Hi Dee We won't be too far away as we have 2 nights at Saffron Walden while we are at the airshow on 11th July and the following day are going back to the Imperial War Museum as it's one of the best but sadly we don't have any time to vary from the itinerary. If you are planning a trip to the airshow we could meet up - we might even be able to offer you a free nights accommodation if you fancy a trip down to Saffron. My contact details are on the itinerary - see the link at the top of here. Call or e-mail for a chat. Mel & Kev
