This is possibly the best site i have ever come across for profiles of aircraft ranging from WW1 right up until present day, including many RNZAF examples. They are also adding aircraft profiles all the time, as well as profiles on aces from all time periods. All profiles are broken up into categories, which i won't explain here, as the web page is pretty self explanatory. wp.scn.ru/ |

Be careful, when I had a look my computer anti-virus detected a threat on that site.

i have known about this site for over a year now, and my norton anti virus never picked up a threat... i don't ever click on any of the banners, or course... And its on that aviation top 100, who i wouldn't think would have this page if it was a virus hub...

Hmm, very interesting. I also use Norton and tried the site again, this time no threats or problems. I hadn't opened a banner, I never click on those stupid advertisements. Must have been something else, I had a few windows open at the time. Apologies all, however I thought it best to alert you in case.

I have been using WP for some years and like all things on the web you must sort the wheat from the chaff. A good example is the Zero float plane (Rufe?) with the weird pastel purple paint scheme. I have the kit box top that one looks like it was copied from (JO-HAN kit A-105). All good fun and well meaning people have done some impressive art work. Just always check it out.
