Tough choices but I voted Sea Fury , dont know why , but they are a spectacular aircraft to see ( and hear ) flying .

"Ephemera is transitory written and printed matter not intended to be retained or preserved. The word derives from the Greek, meaning things lasting no more than a day."

None the wiser? Me neither. Put it down to Christmas beers. I meant to write a different big word entirely, but I should have simply written "the rest all pale in comparison to the mighty Hudson"
Ephemera is a word by the way. It's in the OED. It means things of only short term use. So yes, it wasn't the right word.
