A very nice looking machine. All that avionics will be hard on the internal batteries if running it on the ground without the engines running. Are battery carts to be used prior to start up? Spot the Macchi on the flight line (far left) in the rear end photo!! What was it doing there with a base full of media I wonder??

3rd Photo above, the crewman is sitting quite central in the cabin. Do they reconfigure the cabin seating dependant on role? That picture doesn't leave alot of room for the "club" seating of the VIP config and likewise having a seat there can't be flash for manouvering a body entering the cabin off the winch....

The pilot standing in the middle on the previous page appears to be wearing army wings - Can anyone confirm this?

The wings look like the gold leaf wingson black leather that we used to make at Wigram using a genuine ex-US Navy old leaf machine. Now that was a cool machine and popular with aircrew and groundcrew alike who wanted their name in gold for their overalls. If he's Army, how many media who talked to him will write that they're Army helicopters?

He's wearing SQNLDR rank, but maybe he is a factory pilot helping out with the test flying post reassembly?
