BFP in a nice new hangar at Dairy Flat, c1978. Yes - those are Gypsy Majors along the wall - I think there were about 8 or 9, all told Another shot of ASP in the USA c 1975

A compendium this one - a (bad) photo of the restoration hangar at Western Springs in August "73, with the Mosquito in the background, Vildebeeste , Ceres, Auster and other bits and pieces jammed in....

Wow, great shots. It's fantastic to see a coloured shot of the Vildebeest at that time too.

But wait, there's more...... Dave Grey about to depart in the Dominie, Sue Naylor landing (or taxiing) Chipmunk ARL, and Stan Smith swinging the prop of BFP, with Myles Robertson and an ANZ pilot (maybe Ian Gemmel) in the back. DY 1978 This is from a postcard I got in 1969 - Drovers in Fiji Airways colours. I 'd forgotten they had Drovers, they were flying Herons when I was there.....anyone have any idea when this was?

VQ-FAP was current August 1954 thru September 1961. It's still active as VH-ADN.
