Interesting, the woman in that article looks to be Alison Langdon from Channel Nine, who was featured in an article here on the news the other night - and it sounds as if Reuters have simply added a voice over to the story!
Notice that she has no seatbelt, and is simply holding on for dear life!
Anyway, I agree with you, Philip - CAA might not care about this machine at the moment, but if he kills himself or someone else, they will certainly wish they had taken a bit more interest in it.

How good is it that an Aussie channel has to do a story about a Kiwi nutty eccentric inventor and then sell that story to an affiliated NZ TV channel?
Good on him for having some fun. Hopefully no-one gets killed.
