Hi Dave & all
This is my first post but I have regularly checked out the site and it is excellent. I am originally from Hamilton flying the flag for the mighty Waikato but I am grounded in Australia these days.
I have a couple of Robert Taylor prints and I would like to make one a tribute to the NZ pilots who participated in the Battle of Britain by including their signatures on the print as recognition of their amazing contribution.
I wonder if any members would be able to help me make contact with any BoB veterans. I understand this is a sensitive subject for some but I am not doing this for any financial gain I merely want to acknowledge the NZers contribution.
Please contact me at pipingon@yahoo.com.au
One of my regular patients here in Oz is a navigator from the Copenhagen Gestapo Headquarters raid from 464 Mosquito squadron and we have had many chats about the raid and the Mosquito which has been very insightful and and he has signed my book 'Gestapo Hunters' about 464 and 487 Mosquito Squadrons.
Regards Ross

I think there are only 3 NZ Battle of Britain Pilots still alive - a knowledgeable contact in the UK tells me that there are 70 in the Uk - the ranks are thinning.

Who are the pilots Larry? There are still a few Air Gunners from Defiants, Blenheims, etc too aren't there?
