I wonder if the organisers for Classic Fighters at Omaka realise that the weekend of Easter also runs into ANZAC Day which is on Easter Monday next year?
Could something significant happen on the Monday as well as the rest of the weekend at the airfield perhaps?

I heard that on the radio today . Boy , easter is really late next year ! I would doubt that the logistics involved would allow something significant to happen on the Monday ( maybe something low key though ) That said , I would be surprised if it weren't marked somehow during the official show . Looking forward to it already !  |

Hmmm... that offer I have for accommodation in Blenheim next Easter might be snapped up in advance I think!!!

Sorry, missed this thread.
Easter sure is at an odd time next year.
The date was on top ot the list at the first CF meeting a few months back.
The air show will run Friday, Saturday, Sunday as usual.
We can then head along to the parades as normal on Monday to pay our respects as we always do on that day.
