Once, I had a dream.............but then reality kicked in. I bought this kit several years ago with big ideas of building either a TA-4G or TA-4K variant, but it ain't ever going to happen, so I'm offering it free to whoever on this forum wants it. PM me if you are interested - first in best dressed.

Given that it has a reputation for being dodgy shape and scale wise? Thanks but no thanks ;D. Put it on Trademe or evilbay and at least make a buck.

Ah, that might explain why no one's keen on it then! I wasn't aware of those issues with the kit, but maybe I should have worked that out when I picked it up on eBay for about $8 three years ago. Sam, sure I can't convince you to take it.............you could show us how to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.... ;D

It's about 1/50th or 1/52nd from memory. Same with their Wasp kit, about 1/50th.

That's great news, isn't it? I mean, you get more kit than what you've paid for.

Are you really sure, Sean? I mean 1/50th "sounds" bigger than 1/48th! ;D

the 1/50th scale Skyhawk is for the 1/48th scale pilot with the "fuller figure". ;D

But doesn't it depend on how big the pie is in the first place??? ;D Bruce, don't bring logic and commonsense into this discussion.
