Yes and the Stearman hasn't been too badly damaged. Hopefully with the engine at idle the prop prevented "shock" damage to the engine. Still a few dollars to be spent getting her back in the air.
I just got sent an email of the interior of a Cessna (210?). The person filming was in the back and you get a good shot of the landing..................with the "Gear Up" warning beeping away in the background....................scrape scrape slither slither.......Bugger!
Whats the saying? There are pilots who have landed gear up and those who are going to? I like my wheels down and welded! ;D
