In Melbourne we are lucky enough to have 2 air shows and a pretty decent museum or two. Downside is that there is not enough days in the week to accommodate this. I got along to two this year, Point Cook and Tyabb. Point Cook had its annual Sabre roll out. I'd never seen it airborne before and have to say it as an impressive sight. It was a tad over shadowed by the Vampire tho. I posted some video of that and also of 2 Kitty hawks in a fly past at Tyabb.
Kittyhawks not so great as I had to zoom like mad, and quickly.
I have truck loads of pics if anyone is interested? C-130, Spitfire, Kittyhawks, Harvard, Hudson, Boomerang, birddog, Trojans, Airtourers, Mustangs, Yak, Nanchang?, Provost, Vampires....
And a few from the museums too.
