A soldier, found dead in a Palmerston North alleyway, will recieve a service funeral
A soldier, believed to have fallen to his death in Palmerston North, will be farewelled in a full military service.
Ethan Hall from Waipukurau was found in an alleyway on Wednesday. The 20-year-old was last seen in the town overnight Friday.
Army spokesman, Paul Stein, says there was concern that no one had seen Trooper Hall over the weekend. He says the family want a service funeral, but exact details are yet to be decided.
Police spokeswoman, Kim Perks, says they're trying to determine how long his body had been in the alleyway, and the circumstances leading up to this death.
