Kiwi pilot dies in Aussie crop dusting crash A New Zealand cropduster pilot has been killed in a crash on a farm in Western Australia.
The man's light aircraft, a Cessna A188B, crashed while he was apparently cropdusting the property near Kojonup, about 250km southeast of Perth, about 0815 (WST) on Tuesday, police said.
The pilot, a 38-year-old who was living in Manjimup, died at the scene, police said.
The Australian Transport Safety Bureau will investigate.www.stuff.co.nz/world/australia/3073733/Kiwi-pilot-dies-in-Aussie-crop-dusting-crash

What's wrong with you nit-pickers?
Of course they're similar - I bet you anything you like they both had black tyres.
That's poor old ETY - we owned her once upon a time.
As an aside, if you go to that Aussie accident site you'll find something disturbing (and unknown to me) - about 6 fatal accidents involving Airtractors including a mid-air between TWO of them. Another is the accident that claimed the life of the legendary Col Pay.
