Christian names of CO's

In my GR Squadron research so far I have almost worked out all the full names of the various squadron Commanding Officers, except for a few. The following names I have not yet found. Can you tell me what the initials stand for please?

C.L. Monkton (known as nickname 'Pat' I believe)
W. Gordon Coull (what was the W for?)
RL Sinclair (some sources say RJ Sinclair)
A.N. Johnstone (No. 1BR 1944-45)
W.A. Cameron (No. 2BR 1944-45)
G.R. White (4GR, formerly an airline pilot)
Norman R. Lecher (any idea of the R?)
G.K.D. Mackenzie (5GR)

Dave, just found the one so far Sinclair, Ronald James AE (Air Efficiency Award). Source - "By Such Deeds" by Colin Hanson. The others are not lsietd in this book, so might not vere got awarded anything .
