Microlight crash near Hamilton LATEST: Two people have been injured after the microlight aircraft they were in crashed in Hamilton. Firefighters at the scene cut one person out of the aircraft with serious back injuries. The other occupant is believed to have got out themselves but suffered moderate injuries. Hey Bruce while you are on here how is the test regime going for your aircraft ? Were you able to find a suitable test pilot and get all the tests done ?

Darren's machine is only a single seater - If it was him, there'd be questions asked! The Microlight was this one - it Looked pretty post incident it has already been removed from the field and their are Microlights belting around the Collins rd field Circuit presently.

I'm here all. Thanks for the concern. I went for a fly this morning in my machine and when I landed I had texts/voice messages and face book posts. People were aware I was flying and that was only down the rd from where I was flying so naturally there was concern. Similar colours too but indeed as Bruce mentioned mine is only a single seater. Must have happened just after I came in to land on my last bit of flying. Terrible accident. I wish them both a speedy recovery. I flew in that particular machine last year. Here is some video:
