Does anybody have any pics of EDF in its newer scheme ...in particular the upper wing surface.

Unfortunately no, although I lined up behind it at Ardmore yesterday!

I think so, pity you didn't ask 24 hours earlier or I would have paid a lot more attention!

Have seen it in the hangar at WP today. White over all surfaces, green trim. I have taken photos of it, but cannot post from my laptop - you'll have to wait until cuzzie has glued the desktop back together again.

Saw it today too. Very nice, as flyer said, white all over with green trim. Looks quite good.

Thorp T-18 Tiger ZK-EDF at WP last Sunday. The green fuselage detail has mid-grey shadowlines, registration in black. Right now its semi-dismantled. Kevin and Baz are in the middle of doing its 100hr check.

Nice scheme apart from the rego not being straight.

Nice scheme apart from the rego not being straight. Bit harsh. Let's have a look at yours I don't understand why people choose to make a feature of registration letters, but nice T18.

Well it looks better than where JIE in the background has been stuck on.

Yak2, give me a few months.
I agree Dave.
My comment is really only directed at the rego relationship to the center line of the aircraft, it is neither in line with the centerline nor inline with the perceived centerline of the colour flash. Very sorry if I offended.
Nice aircraft however and I do like the colour scheme otherwise.

No offense DH90. I have a thing about big rego letters on small aircraft, and colour schemes are a matter of personal choice. To me 'Less is more' A few years ago, a stranger bagged the paint scheme of a friends' Mustang. 'What colour is yours?' was his clever reply. As for giving you a few months. Presumably you have a project. How about posting some WIP pics?

Just steel tube and wood at the moment (Pitts Special), bit boring really. Should have the fabric on in a month or so.
Will post some pics when it looks like an aeroplane again.
