There was a yellow Cresco with a black stripe on Country Calendar topdressing just now. Somewhere near Queenstown.
Also a Heliworks R44 dropping bugs and beetles to kill weeds.

How about ZK-WLN of Willow Air (or Otago Airspread -leased). I don't recall the Country Calendar aircraft having black on it.

Same bloody thing... Oh, dear..............you really haven't learnt, have you Dave! ;D ;D Maybe we need to post you a multiple choice test on Fletchers and Crescos? By the way, that'd be like me saying to you the the Tempest and the Typhoon are the same thing.

They used to make biscuits in Dunedin. I was a member of the Hudson's Cookie Bear Club at one point in my life and Cookie Bear used to send me a birthday card every year. Hudson was also the butler in Upstairs Downstairs! ;D

Ah yes, the Cookie Bear Club. I was a member of that and got a postcard every birthday too. Dum-Dee-Doo.
What is a Vildebeeste? If you mean a Vildebeest then they are the same thing as a Vincent, practically, particularly in RNZAF service. The name Vildebeest does not have an 'e' on the end. For some reason people have tried to perpetuate that the RNZAF added the 'e' but in the hundreds of documents I have been through from before and during WWII I have only seen it a couple of times. Vickers called it a Vildebeest and that is what the RNZAF spelled it as. Another myth dispelled.
After all the posts here on the forum about Fletchers and Crescos I have learned a fair amount, but not enough for me to take that much interest to tell the two apart when there's a fleeting glimpse on the TV. Life's too short to take an interest in every aircraft type, I stick to what I like and find interesting. Maybe next time I see a topdresser on TV I won't mention it.

I just put an e on the end as it seemed tidier for a plural than Vildebeests... anyway, just stirring Dave!

Just joshing Dave :-) I have immense respect for you and your passion for the GR types. Thanks for mentioning the Ag machines on the TV, as you see it has generated quite a nice amount of discussion!
