Yes, used for training all this week. Two sessions each day. Fuel loaded was 76 tonne, so very light obviously. Burnt 12 tonne each session, so average burn of 24 tonne each day.Training crew for an Asian carrier.

I guess they are never totally empty though. I guess at half full, 100,000 litres may be quite a few tankers and trailers though, at least two trucks and trailers?

I guess they are never totally empty though. I guess at half full, 100,000 litres may be quite a few tankers and trailers though, at least two trucks and trailers? We'll quite often arrive with around 60 mins fuel remaining, so around 8 tons in tanks for a -400.

sunny day in chch although southerly wind was a bit nippy. had an hour to spend waiting on something so parked up at the northern end of the airport and took a few snaps.
